A well-known and established professional services firm works across various disciplines to gain the best outcomes for their clients. The organisation has gone through a massive transformation and this has allowed the HR team to develop and grow to support the needs of the business.  

About the Role

The HR Co-ordinator role plays an integral part in supporting the HR team across the full employment life-cycle. The CBD based role is a full time position and is paying 60-65K plus super.  The key focus for this role will be providing support to the HR Business Partners, preparation of employment contracts (including new starts and variations), management of the HR database, processing employment changes and managing the HR inbox. You will also run the HR reports, being the first to highlight and note any changes and ensuring the organisational chart is up to date. 

About You

You will be a HR Co-ordinator with full employment life-cycle experience. You will pride yourself on your pro-active nature, attention to detail and ensuring processes and procedures are followed. You will enjoy supporting HRBP's and working at pace, along with being agile with change of focus as your day will never be the same, based on changing priorities.
