HR Coordinator Job, Melbourne, 3-6 months temp (likely perm) Immediate Start!

Your new company
Our client is a leading global company in the insurance industry. Due to a growth period, they require an HR Coordinator on a 2-3 month contract basis, with the opportunity to go into a permanent role. The position is based in the new office located near the CBD and you will report the HR Business Partner.

Your new role
You will support the HR Business Partner with all HR activities for the Melbourne staff (150-200). This role includes duties such as answering queries across the end to end employee lifecycle, reporting, recruitment, training and development. The role has the ability to go permanent and this will see an opportunity to develop your L&D support skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an HR degree and must have at least 6 months of experience in HR. You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work with multiple conflicting priorities and have outstanding communication skills. You will have excellent MS Office (Excel) skills. You will be a great team player. You must be able to providing an outstanding service to your workforce and build trusting relationships at all levels.
