About Them
This global company, head-quartered in the United States, is seeking a talented HR Coordinator to support their professional services teams. They are a market leader in their space and offer an incredibly fast paced and commercial environment where no two days are the same. 

About the Role
As the HR Coordinator, you will report into the HR Manager to support a client group of 200 corporate employees across Australia & Asia. Key to this role will be your HRIS experience in Workday. Responsibilities will include:
  • Recruitment
  • Performance Management
  • Onboarding and new starters
  • Remuneration reviews
  • HR Administration
  • Employee lifecycle management
About You
You will be an HR generalist with 1 - 3 years' experience in a corporate environment. Successful applicants will demonstrate the following:
  • Excellent knowledge of HRIS Workday
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proactive nature and willing to take initiative
  • Very strong attention to detail and communication skills
