This well established, Gold Coast based business has a heavy focus on providing exemplary services to the local community. Due to growth in the business a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team.You will be a team player as you may be required to assist other departments when required. This business runs a cohesive, supportive team culture. Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • You will be providing advice on IR and ER issues
  • You will assist with the recruitment and selection process across the organisation,
  • Improving current HR policies and procedures.
  • Preparing employment contracts.
  • Preparing and completing all new starter documentation.
  • Updating employee compliance information.
  • Monthly reporting and database maintenance.
  • Scanning, filing and management of HR systems.
 

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a varied HR Officer role. You will have the ability to multi task and have a strong understanding of HR systems. Previous experience within a professional, dynamic and high volume team would be advantageous. You will need to have strong administration skills, be corporately presented and show strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
