Permanent, full time, HR Coordinator role for Southern Gold Coast area.

Your new company

This long standing, reputable Gold Coast based company have a heavy focus on providing exemplary services to the local community. The company has gone through significant expansion in recent times and are now seeking a Human Resources Coordinator.

Your new role

You will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, providing support in HR matters including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding, learning and development, reward and recognition, performance management and policy development and implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

* Diploma in Human Resources.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
* The ability to multitask in an autonomous environment.
* Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
