HR Coordinator job - based in south-east suburbs in the retail industry

Your new company
Our client is a nationally recognised organisation in the retail industry. Due to an exciting change and transformation period, they require an HR Coordinator on a permanent basis. Based in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, you will work in a supportive HR team and report to the HR Manager.

Your new role
Your role is varied and will support the HR function for all staff in the organisation. This will include general HR Coordination, recruitment support, training and development, providing advice to employees on policies and procedures and other HR projects. You will work with key stakeholders across all areas of the organisation. The role is fast paced and every day will be different.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a high potential professional invested in your career development with at least 1-2 years' HR experience. You will have demonstrated expertise working in a challenging role with a variety of different stakeholders. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with an immaculate attention to detail. You will be highly driven with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
