Your new company
Our client is a leading Australian retailer, and they require an HR Coordinator to join the HR team on a permanent basis. The position is based in the South East of Melbourne and you will report to a supportive HR Manager.

Your new role
You will support and coordinate all HR activities with the HR Manager. This will be a high volume and fast face role that will be both challenging and rewarding. This is a true generalist role including duties such as answering queries across the end to end employee lifecycle, recruitment, performance management, training and development, policy review, and employee recognition. Industry background is not essential, but those with a retail or professional services background will be looked at favourably.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have at least 1-2 years' of experience in an HR function. You will have excellent to attention detail, be able to work with multiple conflicting priorities and have outstanding communication skills. You will be a great team player. You must be able to providing an outstanding service to your workforce and build trusting relationships at all levels.
