Our client is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator with a knowledge of payroll and generalist HR.

This job requires you to ensure the day to day functioning of HR is executed according to policies and procedures and to be proactive in resolving issues for both staff and management.

This role is a 50/50 split between payroll and HR and also involves reports to be completed in Chinese Mandarin.

To be successful in this job, you will have:

  • Strong understanding of Payroll
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced in excel
  • Positive attitude to delivering quality work for both staff and management
  • Mandarin Language Skill
