An exciting opportunity has become available for a HR Coordinator within a not for profit organisation. In this job you will provide professional administrative support to the Human Resources team and business stakeholders.You will play a crucial part in the proficient running of the HR department. Your mandate will be to provide support and assistance to employees regarding HR matters.

As a HR Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • being the first point of contact for HR queries
  • providing general HR admin support
  • creating and maintaining accurate employee files
  • providing recruitment coordination and support
  • assisting with HR projects as required

Your ability to prioritise conflicting responsibilities and demonstrate initiative will be vital to your success in this role. You will be comfortable working in a HR environment that is currently implementing new systems and processes and procedures. You will be enthusiastic and energetic and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

To be successful in this role you must have at least 1 year HR admin experience.
