One of our clients, a leader in the manufacturing industry and a fast growing business is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their HR team.

Are you looking for your second step in your HR career? Perfect, because your next role will have you coordinate HR strategies to support, organise and manage administration as a part of a dynamic HR team in a permanent capacity.

The best part? You can bring your dog to work with you too.

Based in Port Melbourne, your job will cover the full spectrum of HR coordination activities across the business and will include administration across, recruitment and new starter, employee termination, OH&S and generalist HR administration, projects and events. You will be pivotal in coordinating HR content and facilitation to ensure functions run smoothly.

You will work closely with a supportive HR Manager to further develop your HR skills and you will be able to learn from the broader HR team around you.

You are approachable, engaging and have strong organisational skills. For the job in this fast-paced environment, you need to have Australian experience in an HR Admin or HR Coordinator role.
