International pharmaceutical organisation based in North Ryde are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator.

Your new company
This international pharmaceutical organisation have a strong reputation in the Sydney market. Seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Coordinator to work in the HR team on a 3 - 6 month contract with potential for to be ongoing.

Your new role
This is a HR Coordinator role that requires the candidate works within a collaborative HR team in a leading pharma organisation. You will have experience working in a junior HR role in a similar organisational setting, with exposure to the full range of HR functions. You will have experience with systems analysis and reporting, hr admin, on-boarding and recruitment, L & D coordination and candidate checking.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have some experience in a junior HR role at a strong organisation. Industry experience is not essential, but would be desirable. You will have relevant local work experience providing you with an understanding of Australian employment law. You will have excellent communication skills, be a highly competent communicator, and be well versed in processing a complex regulatory environment. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders.
