This international operating utility company requires a committed, reliable HR Coordinator to work collaboratively as a member of the HR team in Australia and New Zealand.

As HR Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • End-to-end management of HR processes, recruitment, change of conditions, administration and project work
  • Building strong relationships across the entire business in order support to upper management, coach and assist colleagues to create a high performing HR service team
  • Actively promote channels for self-service HR support with Sharepoint and Apps
  • Work closely with the EQS team to assist with effective management of safety and health
  • Help maintain a library of current organizational charts and position descriptions

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous exposure to a HR and/ or recruitment. You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be motived and determined to follow things through and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
