Your new company
Your new company is one of Australia's top financial services company's. Based in the heart of Sydney's CBD in a newly designed suite of offices. This fast paced organisation are going through a time of growth and development and with this comes the need for a new HR Coordinator. This role will go for 3 months with possible extension.

Your new role
Your new role will be an end to end HR Generalist supporting role and duties will include but are not limited to Recruitment Coordination, Onboarding, Training Coordination, first point of contact for HR related queries and escalating the relevant Business Partners and managing the exit process. Although this is a generalist role, you will have a high level recruitment support as part of your role and this will involve posting adverts, screening CVs, phone screening and managing the offer and background checks

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong HR supporting knowledge and worked in a similar role as the one described above. You will have Strong interpersonal, communication and presentations skills.
