Our client is a well regarded and dynamic financial service organisations within the Asia Pacific Region. This HR Coordinator position provides hands-on, administrative support to the HR Consultant and Project leads in a collaborative and supportive team.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Provide administration and coordination support to the People and Culture Specialists and Program Leads
  • Answer HR queries and giving first level advice to employees in relation to redundancies and outplacement
  • End to end administration including drafting and sending out letters and booking meeting rooms when required
  • Being the main point of contact for employees throughout the process

To ensure your success, you will have demonstrated experience as a HR administrator or HR coordinator, ideally within a large corporate environment. You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and take direction as required.
