Your new company
This well known financial services organisation are going through a time of change and development and with this comes the need for a HR Coordinator to support the business during this time. This role will go for 6-9 months with potential opportunity down the line. The team are hard working, dedicated and supportive.

Your new role
Your new role as HR Coordinator will be providing administrative and coordinating support to the people & culture specialists and project leads.This will be a varied role with duties and responsibilities including the managing the HRIS system, supporting the recruitment process, drafting and sending contracts, scheduling meeting rooms, providing advice to employee queries in relation to redundancies and other generalist tasks. You will be first point of contact for HR queries while supporting the wider HR team. You will gain exposure to all aspects of HR and will assist with ongoing projects.This roles involves working in a collaborative and supportive team in a fast paced environment. Every day in your new position will be different and will offer you the opportunity to utilise your problem solving skills in dynamic environment.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role as a HR admin or Coordinator. You will be passionate about HR and eager to learn and develop your career. You will demonstrate high attention to detail and have a proactive approach. You will have maturity and empathy when providing advice to employees. You will be someone with a strong sense of initiative who is happy to be flexible.
