Established for over 60 years, this organisation is based in over 20 countries and has a well-recognised and respected brand globally. Due to some restructure within the HR team and recent role relocation, this organisation is requiring a HR Coordinator to help support a collaborative and support HR team and HR Manager.

Your new role
As HR Coordinator, you will participate in safety initiatives for the department through safety talks, hazard identification/risk assessment, accident investigation, development of safe operating procedures, identification and implementation of improved equipment and methods through personal role modelling of exemplary OHS standards. You will provide administration support for recruitment including casual labour, completion of HR inductions including information, electronic inductions, obtaining keys and passes, PPE, information on policies and salary/wages payments and payroll information as required. You will coordinate all training activities on site and provide assistance and advice to managers in preparing training material and recording training. Other duties will including processing of commencements, terminations and annual leave, HR administration relating to leave and wages, and arrangement of service awards.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be available for a seven week period and will be a highly dynamic character who thrives in busy environments. Your experience will be at the HR Coordinator level and you will truly understand the HR process. Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified and hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Your work experience will include significant experience in providing HR and administration support as well as significant achievement in coordinating training in a manufacturing environment. The role requires a great deal of interaction with people and from time will involve sensitive issues. The successful candidate must be able to work and have respect of confidential information and the ability to deal with sensitive people issues.
