Permanent stand alone HR Generalist role based in the south east suburbs working for a community services org.

Your new company
This community services organisation is currently going through a period of growth and are looking for a standalone HR Generalist to assist them on a permanent basis. This will be a full time role and will be based in the south east suburbs. They are looking for a HR professional with a mixed background across recruitment, IR/ER, projects and award interpretation.

Your new role
Your new role will be encompass generalist HR tasks such as assisting with the on boarding process for new staff, recruitment, shortlisting, managing ER issues with line managers, workforce planning, development of policies and procedures and being the first point of contact for staff across a number of locations. This is a standalone HR role and you will be reporting into the CEO.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Generalist/Manager with previous exposure to working autonomously. Ideally having come from a background in community services, disability support services or Not For Profit. You will be organised in your approach and comfortable working to tight deadlines and be mindful, empathetic and approachable. This role will be commencing ASAP and is a full time permanent position.
