Driscoll’s Australia has 7 sites nationally including in Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.


Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be providing both administrative and generalist support across all facets of HR, IR and Safety including:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting in recruitment activities as well as processing of new starters including onboarding & induction activities.
  • Job Evaluations & JD’s: Assisting in job evaluations and preparation/review of JD’s within the company including regular maintenance of the company’s JD library.
  • Performance Appraisals: Coordinating the annual performance appraisal system and collating data for reporting purposes as well as assisting in annual remuneration benchmarking activities.
  • Administration: Performing administrative/coordination activities across the HR and Safety functions such as updating org charts, document & tracking registers as well as HR & safety reporting.
  • Line Management Support: Providing line management advice and coaching on best practice HR solutions across counselling & disciplinary, performance management, award interpretation and grievance management.
  • Systems: Providing administrator services to both HR and Safety systems including HRonboard & SkyTrust.
  • Training: Coordinating training events and workshops as well as maintenance of training documentation and registers.
  • Documentation: Developing HR forms, templates as well as assisting in the preparation of formal correspondence.

To be considered for this role applicants you will need to be able to demonstrate the following in your application:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources – Advanced Diploma or Undergraduate Degree as minimum
  • Previous experience in HR role with exposure to HR or Safety systems/platform
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including both verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to travel interstate
