Global business with blue and white collar workforce have an opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor or an HRBP

Your new company
A global, well established organisation who really value HR and have some fantastic employee benefits for their blue and white collar work force have an opportunity for a Senior Advisor or HR Generalist to join the team. Whilst this is a standalone role in Sydney, there is a wider collaborative HR team based interstate.


Your new role
Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for day to day generalist HR activities across multiple sites. You will support managers in all areas of employee relations and performance management, in addition to this you will coach managers on HR matters, coordinate talent management and succession planning. As well as being operational you will have a strategic mindset and be the driver behind people and business strategies.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be passionate and have proven work experience in end to end employee relation matters ideally from within a matrix style organisation, experienced in working with EBA's, excellent written and verbal communication skills and tertiary qualified in a related field.
