Leading NFP organisation seeking an experienced HR Adviser on a 3-6 month contract basis, Sydney CBD

Your new company
This Not for Profit organisation is growing and requires a HR Generalist to work on a 3-6 month contract basis, working closely within the HR team in Sydney's CBD. This organisation is forward thinking, offering a great working location and team culture and require an experienced professional to work across a range of HR functions.

Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a HR Generalist, with the following key focus areas:

  • Working through a period of change - supporting on ER related issues
  • Involvement in recruitment recruitment activities, including; Advertising vacancies via SEEK, screening of candidates, conducting interviews and facilitate on-boarding of new staff
  • Communicating change within the business, contributing to the development and deployment of training initiatives
  • Maintenance of Health and Training policies and review of employee Health and Wellbeing programs

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 5 years of experience within the HR space and have exposure to a change environment. tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar is desirable. Experience in a similar role within the public sector will be highly regarded.
