Our client is looking for a Human Resources Officer to support the HR team in all generalist HR activities through continual review and provision of advice on policies, processes and industry best practice, ensuring the most effective utilisation of human resources for the purpose of achieving strategic business objectives.

This position is an end to end HR generalist role and will assist in planning and development, implementation and evaluation of all HR employee lifecycle processes. In addition you will liaise with external providers for ER disputes and training and development and assist hiring managers with coordinating the recruitment process.

The Human Resources Officer will possess a high level understanding of organisational issues and key business outcomes to contribute to delivering HR strategies in alignment with business requirements.

You will have previous experience in NFP or Government sector, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

This is an ongoing contract assignment, initially for 4 months.
