HR Manager - ANZ job. Exciting new HR Manager role working for a successful consumer health manufacturer.

Your new company
Multinational brand with well established customer base in Australia and New Zealand, specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of specialist healthcare consumer products. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take on a permanent stand alone opportunity to support and partner with the ANZ workforce of approximately 90 employees.

Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director of Australia, you will be responsible for management, development and review of the HR strategy for ANZ including talent management, culture and remuneration & benefits programs to a mix of blue and white collar employees. You will be solely responsible for all recruitment and onboarding of new employees which will includes Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and niche specialist technical roles. You will manage all talent development plans, working closely with the executive team, coaching leaders and managers through performance management. In addition you will manage WH&S for the business and sites, authorise the ANZ payroll, maintain and develop HR policies, produce employee contracts, advise on employment legislation and any legal matters. You will also have the opportunity to take on and drive project work which may include initiatives focusing on employee benefits, rewards, and culture.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced HR Manager who has worked with a small and highly skilled workforce. You will ideally have experience partnering with both white and blue collar employees, and be able to influence leaders and coach a leadership team through change. You will be hands on and be happy to take on a basic task as well as more strategic and high level project work. This is a stand alone role reporting to the MD so the successful applicant must enjoy working in an independent capacity whilst being part of a wider global HR team. Experience of the FMCG, Pharma or M&O sector would be advantageous but not essential. Start date to be confirmed but ideally in January 2018.

What you'll get in return:
The salary range is from $120,000 - $130,000 base + super + benefits. As this role is based on the North Shore of Sydney there is parking provided. This is a full time permanent position.
