Your new organisation is an organisation that sits within the community services space who take pride in the care and level of service they offer.

The Manager, People & Culture will be responsible for all generalist HR activity including; recruitment, on-boarding and induction, culture, engagement & retention, performance management, reward, employment and industrial relations, training & development, HR policy and procedures and succession planning.

This is a hands-on role partnering with key stakeholders to proactively identify and provide value-added HR advice, guidance, support and/or solutions in a stand alone role supporting a client group of circa 200.

To be successful you will have:

  • 8+ years generalist HR management experience ideally from a stand alone role;
  • Experience in working and managing change within a predominantly blue collar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing Enterprise Agreements.
  • Experience in employee relations and employment practices in order to manage employee issues & HR policies to create a positive, ethical and effective work environment
  • Solid understanding and experience in implementing reward practices within a business.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust and partnership at all levels of the organisation.
  • Sound Business Acumen and the ability to link business strategy and HR activity.
  • Externally focused, customer centric and able to manage and influence at all levels of an organisation
