Melba is part of an exciting transition to the National Insurance Disability Scheme and looking to expand its services of support to people with disabilities. Melba is committed to retaining their client centred approach whilst continuing to develop their workforce to the next level.

Reporting to the People, Culture & Quality General Manager you will lead a small HR team providing the full gamut of HR services to the company. The role is varied with plenty of opportunity to strategically work with the leadership team to develop the workforce.

If you have 5 years’ experience as a HR Manager (leading a team), a tertiary qualification in HR/ER or equivalent, excellent communication & organisational skills and enjoy working in a fun and friendly environment we hope you apply!
