Your new role
You will be the HR Manager for the Australian business with 20 + stores in Sydney, NSW and VIC, and head office and flagship store in Sydney CBD. You will work with a creative and collaborative retail team and designers, establishing HR processes and providing HR advice and counsel to head office management as well as all casual and full time retail operational staff. You will be responsible for: the design and delivery of new HR policies, processes and recruitment strategies. You will develop as a business partner for all store managers and head office senior leaders to advice on people and culture. You will be responsible for all recruitment including senior positions as well as large recruitment drives for new stores, designing recruitment and onboarding strategies, develop job descriptions, produce all employee contracts, maintain HR processes and policies in house, advise on ER and award interpretation, ensure all WH&S processes are adhered to. You will design and deliver on talent development and training plans including identifying leaders of the future, advise on succession planning and and ensuring all employees are given the best tools to succeed. As additional new stores open, you will be responsible for the recruitment campaign and all people strategies related to further expansion and growth.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be tertiary qualified and have experience working as an HR Manager or People & Culture Manager ( stand alone ) and a minimum of 5 years experience. As this is an exclusive fashion brand, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fashion, beauty or accessories industry. You will ideally have experience of working in HR for a Retail brand which has experienced significant growth and be equally happy in both strategic and hands on operational roles..You must be happy to work in a stand alone HR Manager capacity supporting business with direct access and reporting line to the leadership team and business owners.

What you'll get in return
Working in central Sydney based offices, and being part of an amazing brand, there will be exciting times ahead. Salary for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 base + super and this is a full time opportunity.
