Based in the beautiful South West of our State, HR Manager for growing not for profit organisation.

Our client is based in the enviable beach location of Busselton, and is seeking the support of an experienced, generalist HR Manager to join their team.

A community based Not for Profit that is driven by strong values and a commitment to the provision of a high level of client customer service, they are the largest regional based aged care provider in WA.

Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the entire human resources function, providing expert HR advice to the Executive and Senior Leadership team. You will work with the managers to attract, retain, develop and manage an engaged and committed workforce, whilst ensuring Human Resources is aligned to the overall strategic business plan.

Duties will include:

  • Coordinating the recruitment process, raising contracts and workforce planning
  • Induction and onboarding
  • Review, development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Management of all employee relations including performance management, grievances and disciplinaries
  • Interpretation and implement of industrial tools and employment legislation
  • Performance review
  • Supporting the workers compensation process
  • Supporting the payroll function


To be successful in your application, you will be a proven HR Manager with up to date experience of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. You will possess highly developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of both internal and external people. You will provide a broad knowledge of operational HR issues and enjoy the challenge of a growing organisation. A hands on approach and ability to provide pragmatic solutions is essential.
