Fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused HR leader to implement the people strategy across ANZ.

Your new company
This innovative organisation partners with it's customers to deliver solutions. They are a global business employing 200+ in Australia and New Zealand. The company have gone through extensive change in the last few years and as a result there is a new opportunity as the HR lead for ANZ.


Your new role
Reporting into the GM and being an active board member you will be responsible for supporting the individual business units to develop and implement HR plans and solutions. This will cover the full generalist spectrum including increasing workforce capability, managing change, talent development, compensation and benefits, succession planning and supporting day to day operations. In addition you will be overseeing the payroll manager and an HR Generalist based in New Zealand. The organisation have a site on the central coast and New Zealand and you will travel to both sites regularly to support performance management, employee relations and union interaction when needed. As a global business you will work with your colleagues in the region on various initiatives.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will be a highly commercially focused HRBP or Manager ready to take the next step in your career, you will have a strategic approach and understand the financial outcomes in organisational restructures and understand P/L. You will be comfortable at working autonomously and delivering results. You will have experience with EBA's, unions and both blue and white collar workforce, ideally from within a complex global organisational structure. You will have previous experience with New Zealand and Australian employment law. Regular travel will be needed within NSW so you must have a drivers licence and be flexible to travel across various sites. Ultimately you will be solutions focused, with the ability to add value and work with senior stakeholders across the business.
