Multiple HR roles available working on a large scale construction project for a global company.

Your new company
This multinational conglomerate has multiple interests across a variety of industry sectors including telecommunications, medical devices, and construction and property. This role would sit in their construction and property team working in the HR team for their large infrastructure projects throughout Sydney.

Your new role
There are three roles available to assist in this exciting project:

  1. Payroll/HR Administrator
  2. HR Coordinator/Advisor
  3. HR Manager/Recruitment Manager


These roles will be assisting with an large-scale infrastructure project and therefore experience with a similar project or within Blue Collar environment would be essential. In addition to that the some or all of the below skills will be required:

  1. Involvement in large scale recruitment projects.
  2. Drafting employment agreements - Preparation for the internal approval process and submission for remuneration change and newcomers etc - Liaising with employees' in terms of daily enquiries in regards to remuneration, leave entitlements, employee benefits - Monitoring mob & demob plans to coordinate transfers - Reference checks if necessary - Drafting advertisements
  3. Employee Remuneration and benefits - Being involved with the annual salary review and bonus scheme - Analysing/ benchmarking remuneration
  4. Workers Compensation - Extending WC annual base - Be the first point of contact for workers comp - Keep monitoring employees' injury etc by coordinating with PJT H&S team
  5. Visa arrangement - Keep recording all visa holders' status by monitoring all applications - Applying for expats' 482 visa - Compliance with immigration law - ( HR Admin/Payroll role to do the admin required for VISA applications
  6. Payroll - Ideally Chris 21 experience
