Mandarin Speaking HR Manager job with a leading Energy company. South Eastern Suburbs.

Your new company
Our client is a leading name in their industry across Australia with a strong reputation for producing high quality machined parts. They are currently seeking a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, based in the South Eastern suburbs.

Your new role
Reporting to the CEO and working as a member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of the HR function. You will be responsible for the end to end management of the HR function across Australia with approximately 30-40 employees. You will recommend, develop and implement strong HR policies and practices in line with business strategy and objectives, as well as develop processes and manage the full employee life-cycle including remuneration and benefits; learning and development; recruitment; talent strategy and management. You will also be responsible for employee relations matters including managing complex investigations and cases. There will be travel to China with this role.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position, you will have a strong career in Human Resources with a solid background in managing the end to end function of HR. You will speak fluent MANDARIN. You will have a mix of operational and strategic HR skills and you will need to be an exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. As the company is going through a period of systems change, someone with a background in change management will be beneficial.
