About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • First point of contact for HR queries relating to HR policies, HR life cycle processes and system questions or issues.
  • Responsible for administration processing for data relating to the HR employee life cycle activity which could include but not limited to; new hires, terminations, transfer, promotions, salary changes etc.
  • Maintaining the employee personnel files and handling any requests for employee information
  • Providing help or training to employees on internal HR processes and relevant systems

About Success

In order to be successful you will need strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment. You will also require effective communication skills as well as strong relationship management. Attention to detail is essential for administrative accuracy. Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or Economics is also required.
