About the Role

This role will be a split between payroll and generalist HR responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting payroll processes for employees within the company Australia wide
  • Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
  • Prepare various HR Reports which could include Organisational Charts, Turnover rates etc
  • Coordinating the recruitment for various roles within the business
  • Prepare HR documentation and monitor probationary reviews
About Success

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have had previous payroll experience. Advanced excel skills will be strongly valued. 2-3 years of generalist or recruitment experience will also be needed to be successful. Candidates with a friendly nature who are prepared to work in fast paced environments will be needed. Relevant Tertiary qualifications are also required.
