About the Role

The HR Projects Consultant’s purpose is to drive multiple initiatives across the business that focuses around HR communications, processes and operational activities. Some of the key projects you will manage will be around updating all HR Procedures and Policies into one streamlined framework, reviewing all position descriptions ensuring they are all updated and consistent, OH&S activities and acting as a member of the OH&S committee, managing and driving all health and well-being initiatives across the business, supporting the employee engagement survey roll-out and managing other adhoc HR projects that arise.

The successful candidate will quickly come up to speed with the general HR operations of the business to be able to assist with streamlining the current HR processes. The successful candidates will be comfortable with the highly administrative elements that comes with this role, and will have a roll up their sleeves mentality. This fantastic role will require a confident, polished and proactive individual who has a passion for HR and can bring a lot of energy to the role. 

About You
  • Coming from a corporate background, you will bring your sound experience and knowledge of the HR process. 
  • You will have proven competence in dealing with stakeholders at senior levels of the business and will be confident in building relationships.
  • You will have experience working within a busy team and will have the strong organisational skills necessary to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • You will possess strong project management skills
  • Previous experience working within an Organisational Development or Learning and Development role would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
