  • HRIS implementation project role
  • Set up and roll out a new HRIS across a company of 600 employees
  • Flexible work arrangements can be provided (Part time or Full time potential)

The Role

Working alongside the professional services team, your focus will be to deliver a smooth implementation and ongoing, top-notch customer support of the new HR Information System - ConnX

Key responsibilities:


  • Ongoing consultation with internal stakeholders across the business to define their needs
  • Creation and set up of modules within the HRIS ConnX (L&D, Leave Self Service, Talent Management, WHS etc.)
  • Set up reporting functions and automation processes within the HRIS

Roll Out

  • Creation of user guides and quick reference manuals for distribution
  • Deliver training (face to face and via video conferencing) to managers across the business
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees experiencing difficulties with new processes
  • Technical troubleshooting and support throughout implementation process.
  • Provide ongoing support to managers to ensure they advocate the new system

Desired skill set:

  • Previous experience/knowledge of ConnX HRIS will be highly regarded
  • You will have previous experience implementing a new HRIS
  • Excellent communication and stakholder management skills
