A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic HR Professional for a period of approximately 2-3 months! This role will be supporting the Business Partner around a restructure,, redundancy and a change management project.

In this role you will;

  • Undertaking data analysis information received from various sources to review and verify
  • Providing high level support to the Business Partner and other team members
  • Deliver and improve administrative processes and tools to adhere to protocols and procedures, as well as providing administrative support in a face paced environment
  • Work with the Line Manager to develop and review meaningful performance management and development plans

To be successful in this role you must have;

  • HR Coordinator and/or Recruitment Coordinator experience
  • Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with a team, sharing knowledge, skills and advice
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
  • Results driven and delivery focussed with excellent project management skills
