Exciting opportunity to support the recruitment lead on all Recruitment Administration whilst they implement a new Recruitment tool.

About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Recruitment Specialist you will be assisting with all recruitment administrative needs. The role will require you to do the following but not limited to:

  • Setting up interviews
  • Preparing interview packs
  • Posting job ads
  • Ad hoc HR Administration
  • Reference checks
  • Preparing contract documentation
  • Maintaining the HR data base


About You
To be considered for this role you must be immediately available and have previous HR or Recruitment Administration experience. You will have experience in a fast paced environment. You will need to be able to demonstrate initiative, have strong verbal and written communication skills and be highly organised.
