This Australian Retail organisation are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator

Your new company
This fast paced retail organisation are looking for an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to work with and support the HR Advisor and Head of HR. With growth and projects, this is an ongoing role for at least 3 months.

Your new role
You will work across HR Coordination but with a main focus on Recruitment. You will post adverts on job boards, screen CVs, phone screen, organise interviews with hiring managers regionally and create letters of offer and contracts. You will work across both the operational retail and Head Office portfolios. With lots of growth and projects, there will also be adhoc tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you have worked on end to end recruitment and coordination including posting ads on job boards and phone screening. You must be flexible and adaptable in your approach as there are lots of projects going on and no day is ever the same. You must be immediately available to start this role.
