About Them
Your new organisation is a large and complex industry leader moving through significant change. The HR team plays a critical role in planning and executing business strategy through HR policy, processes, strategy, initiatives and business solutions. The function provides key support to facilitate and execute organisation change.

About the Role
Reporting into the Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the shared services operating model by ensuring that a comprehensive governance framework is established and managed.

In this contract you will work closely with management and employees to provide visibility of and influence the delivery of the HR Shared Services functions.  You will collaborate across the People and Safety and broader business to assist in delivering the HR Shared Services transformation objectives and educating around the benefits of the new operating model.

About You
To be suitable for this contract you will ideally have:
  • Extensive experience working in a shared services function within a medium to large sized organisation
  • Good working knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Experience developing and defining shared services SLA
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • A degree in HR or Business or a related field
