HR Systems Analyst - 3 mth contract for an immediate start

About our team. The recently formed People HUB team is an in-house HR help-desk model, the People HUB team is looking to strengthen it's standing as a trusted, values-driven business partnering function. The team is looking to deliver initiatives in relation to service effectiveness, high quality contract services, organisational structure management, candidate and manager experience - all with a view to finding, engaging and nurturing the best talent for GrainCorp.

About the role. This is a key role that works within the broader HR Group to establish and maintain our "single source of truth" for People data and support the delivery of our Systems Strategy and People Strategy.

  • Provide effective and efficient HR systems support to the business
  • Ensure relevant employee data is captured within primary HR systems and there is an accurate data flow to downstream systems including Cornerstone
  • Generate letters of offer, change of conditions letters and prepare reports and data submissions
  • Assist in the design and production of HR analytics
  • Administer position evaluation structure and market data sources
  • Maintain HR sharepoint site and support HR Coordinators from a systems and data perspective
  • The role will work closely with system vendors and internal subject matter experts to ensure the efficient and effective operation of HR systems.

About your experience. We're ideally looking for a acquisition professional with solid 360 experience gained in a large, complex business environment. Experience gained within the agricultural sector is desirable, though not essential.

  • Maintenance of people data in multiple HR systems and alignment of data flows
  • Support changing business requirements
  • Ensuring corporate consistency and alignment of HR practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of internal customers' needs and issues
  • Working to deadlines, time management and prioritisation of workload
  • Experience working with HR systems - SAP, Workflow, Remesys R.Review, Cornerstone, Mercer International Position Evaluation system (or similar) and Sharepoint would be highly desirable
  • You'll have a demonstrated ability and desire to identify and resolve data issues, customer focused
  • Ability to prioritise and successfully meet deadlines, excellent communication, stakeholder management (influencing and customer-focus especially) and prioritisation skills.
  • You will have a can-do attitude; resilience and a strong sense of personal accountability are important attributes that we'll also be looking out for.
