The Company
Your new organisation is a well established leader in their industry with a positive and flexible culture and leading projects. With multiple sites across Australia, the business is continuously looking at ways to improve performance and team capability. This complex, organisation wide project will implement a new system to improve the full employee live cycle from Talent Acquisition through employee development to off boarding.

The Role

You will be working closely with the People and Culture stream and external consultants of a large scale infrastructure transformation within the business. You will be highly involved in discussions around the new operating model and how the new systems will be implemented.

With a diverse range of projects there are multiple role and depending on your background, you will specialise in one of the following areas;

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Learning and Development
  • Organisational and Leadership Development

Your responsibilities will be varied and will include;

  • Analysis, presentation and interpretation of data
  • Stakeholder Management including hosting workshops and collecting feedback
  • Develop data models for future assessment (eg. Cost and benefit analysis)
  • Provide recommendations around blueprint documents, process flows

The Person

  • With previous experience in a large complex business you will understand the complexity of systems across multi sites businesses and project streams
  • You will have experience as a HR Generalist, Learning and Training specialist and/or Organisational Leadership Development
  • Experience working within a large scale transformation project will be highly regarded.
  • To be considered for this role you mustbe an advanced user of Excel and related analytical tools and be highly adept at collating, translating and interpreting data.
