The Company
This business of around 120 employees is part of a multinational FMCG business. This well-known brand has an opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to look after the day to day HR both on an operational and strategic level for 12 months covering a period of secondment. Your client group will be spread across 15 sites across NSW. It is an exciting time to join the business as it actively works to increase its competitiveness in the market.

The Role
Reporting into the National People and Cultural Manager, you will partner with two distinct clients groups circa 110 employees. Key responsibilities will include:
    • Recruitment, onboarding & retention
    • Employee Relations
    • Performance management
    • Remuneration & Benefits
    • HRIS management and reporting
    • Policy improvement and implementation
    • HR Project management
The Requirements
To be successful for this role, you will have proven experience as a complete HR Generalist. Specifically, you will also demonstrate:
  • Degree Qualification in HR or related disciple
  • Previous experience in Employee Relations and/or Industrial Relations
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of business
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Resilient, hard-working and down-to-earth attitude
