Your new role
Your new role will play a pivotal part in the overall business strategy through providing HR reporting, analytics and HR metrix to board and senior leaders. You will be responsible as part of the HR team for updating, implementing and managing the new modules of the HRIS system, providing reports and statistics for the business and offering sound HR recommendations based on the findings in line with business strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Analysis role
  • Chris 21, or other large HRIS system
  • Operating knowledge of HR data , retention, payroll, leave analysis , engagement and recruitment.
  • Ability to see and read numbers , offer recommendations based on business acumen and sound knowledge of practices
  • You will be highly organised , proactive, engaged and an excellent communicator
  • a large part of this role will involve communication with other members or the team in order to gather intel, so you will be personable, driven and articulate in your approach.
