About Them
This dynamic organisation provides its customers and the communities of NSW with a “one-stop shop” across it’s many areas of management responsibility. They provide a range of functions from the planning of developments through to owning and operating infrastructure. They also provide regulatory oversight and licensing services as well as ensuring that the communities of NSW are consistently and reliably provided safe resources.

About the Role
This role will manage the transformation of the new HRIS and integrate with multiple platforms.  The team includes transactional BAU , payroll, LMS and timesheet solutions.  This business has been brought together through the merger of a number of organisations and employing a wide range of people in a complex business of approximately 900 people and they are looking to unite consistent and high quality back office systems and processes. The role will lead a high quality and well regarded team to deliver to specific timelines.

About You
The successful candidate will have demonstrated previous experience implementing and overseeing the transformation of HR related systems and process of a large georgraphically dispersed organisation. 
You will have change and project management exposure and highly developed relationship management and influencing skills.
