HR/L&D Administrator needed for Not for Profit, Macquarie Park, Christmas leave cover, must be a self-starter!

Your new company
This much loved Not-for-Profit is passionate about enabling and advocating for respect within families and communities. You will be working within a tight knit and very supportive HR team to managing HR and L&D enquiries over the Christmas period. The organisation doesn't stop providing services over the Christmas period, therefore you will be expected to work between Christmas and New Year (excluding public holidays), i.e. 21st of Dec - 25th of January. Macquarie Park location.

Your new role
As a HR/L&D Administrator, you will be expected to deliver the following:

  • Responding to HR enquiries as the first point of contact across the organisation.
  • Review of training records, scheduling courses for the New Year.
  • Maintenance of employee records, conducting end of year file audits.
  • Completing other HR administration duties as required.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience working as a HR Administrator/HR Coordinator/L&D Coordinator.
  • Experience interpreting Australian employment legislation, HR policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with excellent attention to detail.
