As the HR Business Partner, you will pro-actively support the Red Bull Australian business in providing expert people management knowledge and support to managers and employees, with the goal of optimising the effectiveness and efficiency of Red Bull people to create sustainable, long term business growth. You will be a hands-on Human Resources generalist, who enjoys being the dedicated “day-to-day” contact for the Australian business. As a senior member of the team, you will actively mentor the HR Specialist and support the Head of HR with the building and execution of the people plan.

While no two days are the same, a potential ‘day in the life of’ will see you coaching a manager on handling an employee matter, working on a project from your annual KPIs, managing key components of the HR annual calendar, facilitating a workshop and attending to impromptu queries and requests from the business and team. For the remainder of 2017 you will add value to critical strategic projects such as EVP, engagement and unlocking coaching.

Hands-on business partner, who is able to balance the business needs and people needs to achieve the best and pragmatic outcomes
Passionate and experienced in facilitating training and workshops
Ambitious (while humble)
Natural flair at building relationships
Attention to detail and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Experience working in a matrix environment
5+ years’ experience in generalist HR within Australia
Sound knowledge of Australian IR
Degree qualified in HR or Business
Able to travel interstate, at least quarterly

Experience with global projects
Systems savvy, ideally experienced in using HRIS and other systems e.g. SAP, Taleo, HR|Onboard
Experience working with a Compensation & Benefits framework
An eye for talent, you will have experience in the full recruitment cycle,
