My client is an expanding CBD based Organisation operating in a pecialist professional market.  The business is going through a structured period of change which has increased the workload on the HR department as they are drawn into multiple projects.  This newly created role is primarily to shore up the BAU HR service delivery levels.

Reporting to the Head of HR the broad responsibilities will include –

Generalist Support – support the business on a range of people management issue including restructures, resourcing, performance management, engagement, employee relations, and remunerations and benefits. Reviewing and improving HR policies and processes on an ongoing basis.

HR Calendar Events – Including annual processes around remunerations reviews, performance reviews, engagements surveys, and diversity reporting.
 
HR Projects­ - which may or may not be related to the organisational wide change program.

This role would suit a pragmatic HR Generalist ideally with contracting experience.  An ability to understand the environment quickly and provide accurate and practical advice to internal clients will be highly regarded.  The role will not manage staff but will act as point of escalation for complex issues.
