Human Resources Business Partner - part time, fixed term

Part-time (0.6), fixed-term appointment for 12 months.  

This is a newly created position responsible for providing strategic and operational Human Resources advice, support and services to designated client groups across all stages of the employee lifecycle.  You will provide support for employee relations, workforce planning, cultural and organisational change and leadership development.  You will also support the human resources and change initiatives across the University.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the application of legislative requirements and developing and implementing human resources strategies in a complex organisation to minimise risk and ensure the University is meeting its Human Resources objectives.

Salary $94,406 to $106,289 p.a. (pro-rata) plus superannuation.
Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
