Reporting to the People Business Partner in Sydney, you will be the HR representative of New South Wales.  Your focus will be to provide exceptional HR support to staff located in your region, and you will also liaise with the wider People team across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.

In regards to the background you will need, we have seen most success come from those with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, alongside proven knowledge of generalist HR processes including across the following areas:
  • Talent Management
  • Performance Management
  • Employment Relations
  • Reward and Recognition
  • Line manager support
We need you to have the skills and confidence to manage change and ambiguity by using your ability to partner and influence at all levels of the business.  This is essential for us, as you will be assisting us progress our talent and diversity strategies, and will work closely with Business Unit Managers in doing so.  We use Workday software to manage our people information, so experience in this would be an advantage.  In addition, as a global company we move a lot of people to a lot of places, and so some exposure to domestic and international mobility would also add weight to your application.
