About the role
Based out of our head office located in Kirrawee, in the Sutherland Shire, the Human Resources Coordinator will work under the direction of the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for a range of generalist activities.

The successful applicant will be given the freedom to make recommendations to improve efficiency, create innovative initiatives and "put your stamp" on change that will contribute to building a high performance culture and provide a great support service to our employees.

Key duties will be performed across the following areas:
  • HR administration
  • Employee Relations
  • Recruitment
  • Policy Development
  • Reward & Recognition
About you
  • You will need to have tertiary HR qualifications - this is a must
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR
  • You will require a strong knowledge of relevant Awards, NES & FairWork
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and very competent administration skills
