Our Opportunity:

We have an exciting new role within our newly restructured People Learning and Culture Team for an experienced HR Generalist who holds an interest and passion for Work Health and Safety (WHS). This role will focus on proactively developing and implementing work health and safety strategic plans, ensuring that appropriate tools and templates exist within the organisation. You will be representing our People Learning and Culture team as the injury management specialist and you will work closely with all relevant stakeholders as a recover at work specialist

About you:

A confident and experienced HR Generalist, with a broad range of experience within the field of WHS. You will be motivated to develop essential WHS operational frameworks and establish a safety culture across the business You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and thrive in a fast paced working environment. You will be able to work independently, provide sound recommendations to managers on complex WHS issues and across all facets of HR.

You will have Tertiary education in Human Resource management and a desire to contribute in a positive manner to a diverse and dedicated team.
