A leader in their field, this organisation is renowned for providing businesses and public sector agencies with cost effective, customer-specific defence, security and technology solutions. With operations throughout Australia, and a huge portfolio of projects in their pipeline, they are seeking to appoint an experience HR Leader to join their team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this Adelaide based position will partner with the management teams in the delivery of human resources services across multiple sites and projects, and execute organisational and transformational change. This role will be responsible for providing HR generalist expertise and innovative solutions that address strategic and operational people management and development matters, to drive business performance across various portfolios. In addition, this role will lead and manage a small team of dedicated HR Advisors to achieve overall workforce strategy objectives, and act as an escalation point for the Human Resources team. 

About Success
Working collaboratively with the department leaders and their teams, you will act as a client relationship manager for Human Resources, advising, mentoring and coaching to build capability across the organisation. With a strength in Workplace Relations, you will implement and maintain the employee relations strategy and ensure productive best practice is implemented and maintained.

About You
You are an experienced people leader with a broad generalist HR skills set and a strength in employee and industrial relations. You have demonstrated experience coordinating and implementing strategic organisational change initiatives, and in aligning human resources and organisational development strategies with overall business strategy. You possess knowledge of contemporary HR practices and demonstrate excellent consulting/business partnering capability. Exceptional communication skills and an ability to build relationships and engage a broad range of stakeholders to work collaboratively will also be critical to the success of this role.
